New Student Orientation (NSO) is made up of a variety of orientation components for incoming first-year students, which are designed to give you the best transition possible to college life at NJIT!

NSO strives to acclimate all first-year students to life at NJIT by introducing them to the diverse educational opportunities and resources, acquainting them with other students, faculty, and staff. As well as, helping them feel at home in the NJIT community, and fostering a sense of belonging within the Highlander family.
